How to Enquire

Please make your enquiry through this website or contact us directly through Email or Fax.
The Person in Charge shall send you an email with the available quotation. After both parties (Yusen Travel & Customer) have finalized with the reservation details, booking will then be made.
(Although the application can be done by call, reservation content has to be written in Email or Fax to prevent any inaccuracies or errors.)

Payment Deadline

The Person in Charge shall inform the payment deadline upon booking confirmation.
All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due date.
For all Japan Delivery Service (such as Orchid, Fresh Yellow Mango), upfront payment is required in order to confirm the booking.

Payment Methods

  1. Bank Transfer
    Please use the designated bank transfer remittance address provided.
  2. Credit Card
    Payment by credit card.
    (Surcharge is applicable for payment by credit card)
    • AMEX — 2%
    • VISA / MASTER — 5%
  3. Cash
    Cash payments can be made at our office located at Ngee Ann City (Takashimaya) Office Tower A.

Cancellation Charges

  1. Air Ticket
    Cancellation charge will not be applicable should there be any amendment or cancellation before ticket issuance.
    However, kindly note that the deadline for some promotional air ticket will be very soon.
    After ticket issuance, cancellation fee will be applicable for any amendment or cancellation.
  2. Hotel
    Cancellation deadline will be given upon the booking confirmation.
  3. Travel
    Cancellation charges will be communicated during the quotation and arrangement process.
    For packages using special airfare tickets, cancellation fees may apply even before the tour package deadline.
  4. Charter
    Cancellation charges will be provided at the time of quotation and arrangement.
  5. Japan Delivery Service
    Once payment has been made, no refunds are possible.

Amendment and cancellation can be done through Telephone/Fax/Email anytime during business hours. However, after business hours, all request will be handled by the Person in Charge on the next working day.

Delivery

  1. Air Ticket
    An e-ticket will be sent to you by email.
  2. Hotel
    A booking confirmation will be emailed to you.
    Please print the hotel voucher and present it to the front desk upon check-in.
  3. Travel
    As a standard practice, your e-ticket and booking confirmation will be sent via email.

Payment and Delivery for Overseas Customers

Please make payment by credit card (a fee applies) or bank transfer (remittance fees are the customer’s responsibility).

Delivery to Japan (if required) will be handled via an international courier service.
Shipping costs to Japan (excluding islands) will be provided separately.
